株式会社カイオム・バイオサイエンス（以下、当社といいます。）は、お客様の個人情報を適切に利用し、個人の権利利益が侵害されることのないよう保護することが、最重要事項であると認識しております。当社では個人情報保護方針および個人情報保護に関する各種規程を制定し、運用すると共に当社の役員、従業員に対してその徹底を図り、適切な個人情報の保護に努めます。 We, Chiome Bioscience Inc. (hereafter referred to as the “Company”), recognize our customers’ privacy as being most important. As such, we ensure that personal information is dealt with in a proper manner and that the rights and interests of each individual are not infringed upon in any way. At the Company, we have implemented a privacy policy and rules concerning protection of personal information. We ensure the policy and rules are thoroughly enforced through all levels, from the board of directors to the employees, to protect personal information properly.

1. 個人情報とはWhat is personal information?

当社では、特定の個人を識別できる情報を個人情報として捉えており、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、性別、ご家族名、金融機関口座などの情報で、この内の1つまたは複数の組合せにより、個人を特定することのできる情報を意味するものとします。 The Company recognizes personal information as any one or combination of the following items that allow a person to be identified: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, sex, names of family, financial institution accounts, etc.

2. 個人情報の利用についてHow personal information is used

当社では、個人情報を公正かつ適法な手段によって取得します。個人情報取得の際には、その利用目的を明示、通知または公表し、その利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用いたします。 The Company obtains personal information in a fair and lawful way. When obtaining such information, the purpose of obtaining the information will be made clear, notification or disclosure will be made, and the information will only be used within the bounds of the stated purpose.

3. 第三者提供についてThird party use

当社では、法令によって許されたものを除き、本人の事前の同意なく業務委託先を除く第三者に開示・提供することはありません。また、個人情報を業務委託先に提供する場合は、守秘契約等によって業務委託先に個人情報保護を義務付けるとともに、業務委託先が適切に個人情報を取り扱うように管理いたします。 Except for items allowable by law, personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties (except for subcontractors) without prior consent from the person in question. If it becomes necessary to provide personal information to subcontractors, the Company’s privacy policy will be enforced through a confidentiality agreement with the subcontractor, and proper management and handling of the private information will be ensured.

4. 委託についてConsignment

当社では、より良いサービスを提供するため、皆様からご提示いただいた個人情報を業務委託先に委託する場合があります。委託にあたっては、個人情報を適切に取り扱っている委託先を選定し、委託先で適切な管理が実施できるよう必要な事項を取り決め、お客様の個人情報保護に努めます。 To provide better service, the Company sometimes consigns personal information to subcontractors. Personal information is consigned to appointed subcontractors who can be trusted to properly handle the information and who have agreed to certain provisions pertaining to the protection of such personal information.

5. 個人情報の取り扱いについてHandling of personal information

当社では、皆様の個人情報を不正アクセス・損失・破損・漏えいなどのリスクから保護するため、組織上・技術上の合理的な防止策・是正策を講じます。 The Company takes reasonable corrective measures on an organizational and technical level to protect personal information and prevent unauthorized access, loss, damages, and leaks of such information.

6. 法令遵守についてCompliance

当社では、個人情報保護に関する法規を遵守するとともに、環境の変化に合わせた個人情報保護の体制を継続的に見直し・改善いたします。 The Company will comply with legal statutes concerning protection of personal information, and will strive to continuously revise and improve its privacy policy to cope with changes in the legal and public environment.

7. 開示請求、お問い合わせについてDisclosure requests and questions

当社では、個人情報に関するお問合せについて対応いたします。当社が保有しているお客様の個人情報について開示・訂正・利用停止などをご希望になる場合は、下記窓口までご連絡ください。 なお、請求対象の個人情報に係るお客様本人であることを確認するため、必要な書類などの提示を求めることができるものとします。また、その他のお問い合わせなども下記にて承ります。 The Company will answer questions concerning personal information. For personal information retained by the Company, requests for disclosure, correction, and suspension of use can be directed to the contact information listed below.
